# Start a New Risk Assessment

## Add a New Risk Assessment

To create a risk assessment scan from the portal itself, click the **Create Assessment** button in the top right corner. Then, select **Risk Assessment** from the list of options. You will be prompted to enter the company name and website. Once you have done so, click **Create** to proceed to the assessment configuration page.
