What the Companies page is for

Companies lists the organizations you work with, separately from the assessments run against them. One company can have several assessments over time, and this page is the single list that ties them together.

Each row is one client company. The columns are: Use Search by company to find a company by name, and the filter buttons to narrow the list by Status, Category, or Creation Date.

Managing a company

Open the menu at the end of a row to:
  • Edit the company details, such as industry, category, and antivirus.
  • View Assessments to jump to that company’s assessments.
  • Map to PSA (or Change PSA mapping if it is already mapped) to link the company to a company in ConnectWise, Autotask, or HaloPSA, so tickets for its findings land in the right place.
  • Delete the company.
Filling in the category for every company is what makes the Category filter useful once the list gets long.

Deleting a company

Deleting a company also deletes every assessment that belongs to it, and it cannot be undone. The confirmation dialog shows how many assessments will go with it. Because of the amount of data involved, Telivy schedules the deletion and processes it in the background. Until it finishes, the row shows Company scheduled for deletion and the Delete action is disabled.
If you only want to stop working on a client, archive their assessments instead. Archived assessments keep their history and can be unarchived later.
