The Easy-Go link opens a Telivy-hosted form where a prospect enters their business details and gets a security assessment. Each submission appears in your Telivy account, and you do not have to write any code. In Telivy, go to Account → Lead Magnet. The Easy-Go Link card shows Your form link, which looks like this:
On your website, add a button in your site builder (Wix, WordPress, Webflow or similar) and point it at the link. In emails and newsletters, use the link as it is. For flyers and other print, turn it into a QR code. To see which campaign each submission came from, add a UTM source to the link as described in Track submissions with UTM source.
