The Account area has three pages that are easy to walk past. What you see depends on your role: billing and usage are restricted, and only account admins can change early access features.

Billing

Account > Billing hands off to the Stripe billing portal, where you manage the subscription, update payment methods, and pull invoices. Telivy doesn’t keep a second copy of any of that.

Usage

Account > Usage shows Monitored Usage: the active monitored endpoints and SaaS user accounts behind your bill, per assessment. Open this before you query an invoice. Turning Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace monitoring off for an assessment takes those accounts out of future billed counts, so the change shows up going forward, not retroactively.

Early Access

Account > Early Access lists features you can switch on ahead of general release, grouped by how finished they are: beta first, then alpha, then concept. Toggle one on and it applies to your whole agency. Two things to know. Only account admins can flip a toggle, so everyone else sees the list read-only. And some features are marked sensitive, which means you acknowledge what enabling them does before the toggle takes effect. Concept-stage features are exactly that. They change, and sometimes they disappear.

Unity

Accounts linked to Unity get a Unity entry indented under Integrations, for syncing that connection.
